A new app to transform children’s stories into their very own digital and even hard copy books, to be shared with others in a digital library, has been launched in Manly.
Minister for Education and Pittwater MP Rob Stokes and the NSW Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation Matt Kean plus Manly MP James Griffin were on hand to praise the app at the event, held at the Royal Far West, in Manly.
The app – Littlescribe – allows kids to write and draw their own book, then photograph and collate the pages and add it to their own private digital book club or make it available for all Littlescribe members. There is also the option to have the book made into a hard copy.
Littlescribe founder Jenny Atkinson, says the mission is to have every Australian schoolchild writing an original book.
